Cancellation Policy

At Autospher, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please review our cancellation policy below.

1. Order Cancellation Window
✅ Before Shipping: You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it.
❌ After Shipping: Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible. However, you may be eligible for a return (as per our Return & Refund Policy)

2. How to Request a Cancellation 📩 Email Us: Contact our support team at info@autospher.com with your order number and cancellation request.

We will confirm the cancellation if it meets the eligible timeframe.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders
💳 Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed within 2 business days to the original payment method.
💰 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: No refund is required, but please notify us promptly if you wish to cancel.

4. Late Cancellation Requests If the cancellation request is after the allowed timeframe, the order will be processed as normal. You can still return it (if eligible) once delivered.

5. Changes & Modifications
✔️ If you need to modify your order (change product, address, etc.), please contact us within 3 hours of placing the order.
