Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 2–3 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

Non-Returnable Items
🚫 Used or opened products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
🚫 Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged).
🚫 Gift cards or promotional items.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@autospher.com or use our return request form.
  2. Approval & Instructions: If eligible, we will provide return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Product: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once received, we'll inspect the item and process a refund within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original and place a new order.
